Engineering general contract is originally the advantaged business segments of MCC- Htec. The company now has ‘first-class of housing construction general contracting’ qualification issued by MHURC. It has constructed and constructing a great number of projects with significant influence and good economic impact. Including Beijing Xidan Grand Pacific Mall (project name: Taiyun Block), Beijing Dazhongsi Modern Shopping Mall, Beijing Changhewan Residential District (project name: Pitt River Garden), Guangdong Huizhou CNOOC and Shell South China Sea Petrochemical Project, Beijing Financial Street F1, Beijing Winland International Finance Center, The Westin Hotel (project name: B3 project), Beijing Shangdi Electronic Information Industry Base and many other forms of large-scale projects. Many of these projects have gained provincial and ministerial level quality award and several other awards.
